  • A 3 -5 gallon stainless steel pot
  • Hydrometer or thermometer
  • Siphon hose
  • Narrow neck funnel
  • Bottles and closures for your finished drink!

Air Lock
One way valve that keeps contaminates out of your fermenting brew while allowing it to breathe
Stopper
Used with the Air Lock, to seal the bottle and seat the air lock
(Fits most 1 to 5 gallon bottles)
Hydrometer
Allows you to calculate the percentage of alcohol in your finished brew.
Bottle Caps
AFTER your brew is finished fermenting, you can cap the bottle and store it
(Fits many 1 gallon bottles)
